Because thou are not seen. Although thy breath be rude. William Shakespeare Mothers of infants and pre-schoolers are confused and disturbed. over the law that requires child restraints when riding in cars. Some mothers resent this law. They prefer holding their infants in their arms. A lady who wrote an excellent article on this subject said "Mothers arms are not the place for baby." She meant that it was not a safe place when in a car. In collision or crash infants and toddlers have been torn from mothers' arms, thrown through open windows. through windshields or Nattered about the interior of the car. killed or seriously injured. From hospital bed to heaven- ly rest, God took her home to be His guest, We lived in hope, and prayed in vain, That she would soon be well again, But God decided we must part, He eased her pain. but broke our hearts.
