Adams bride of October 9.

Marjorie Cartwright con-
ducted contests; one telling
what Gloria would take on
her wedding trip won by
Shirley Lyon and one guess-
ing contents of an egg shell
won by Mary McDougall.
Gifts were presented by
Karen Johnston and Janet
Wilts.
Gloria thanked the com-
mittee, all who came `for the
ioveiy gifts and invited all to
come and see them. Prizes
were given to birthday near-
est to Gloria's April 22; to
Nancy Fothergill nearest
ann. to , October 9th, Pearl
Hamilton. Happy birthday
was sung for Laura Lyon and
Edythe Beacom who were
celebrating October 3.

Hulley, demonstrated Nor-
man Alexander's steward-
ship model at the Internat-
ional Plowing Match at Lu -
can last week. It was part of
the exhibit prepared by the
Ausable-Bayfield, Upper
Thames River, Lower Tham-
es Valley and St. Clair
Region Conservaton Author-
ities.
