The McQuaid Sisters of Seaforth received word from the Western Ontario Conservatory of Music of University of Western Ontario that they have been successful in recent exams. Anne Marie completed Grade X violin, a mark of 78; Madonna Grade VIII violin with a mark of 85 and Carol Ann Grade IV violin with .a mark of 82. The three students are pupils of Mrs. Marjorie Lofft of St, Marys. Reverend Gordon Armstrong Reynolds has been appointed rector of Trinity Church, Bayfield„ and St. James', MiddletOn, by Bishop T.D.B. Ragg of the Anglican Diocese of Huron, effective July 15. Reverend Reynolds was made a Deacon in 1973 and ordered Priest in 1975. His immediate past parishes include multi -point service as rector at St. „lathes', Hanover and Trinity Church, 9urham, since 1978. Mr. Reynolds has a background of extensive church work and experience in the United States and he has had several years of active service and involvement in various phases of the United. Dawn Riley of RR2, Seaforth, also on, the president's honourrolIrs graduate of the Health Care Aide program at the Clinton campus. She is currently employed with the Seaforth Manor Nursing Home. Joseph Verberne of RRI, Seaforth, graduate of the Social Services program at the Doon campus. . At the final session of the "Kingdom Truth" District Convention of Jehovah's Witnesses 5,919 assembled at the Western Fairgrounds to hear the main speech of the four-day meeting, "The Truth That Can Set You Free".
