Huron County Library card holders can download the free hoopla digital mobile app on their Android or IOS device or visit hoopladigital.com to begin enjoying thousands of titles, from major Hollywood studios, record companies and publishers, available to borrow 24/7, for instant streaming or temporary downloading to their smartphones, tablets and computers. "We have an open door policy and are always adopting new resources that help patrons learn, solve prob- lems, read, and reach their personal aspirations," said Meighan Wark, county librarian. "By partnering with hoopla digital, we're able to do just that as our patrons now have 24/7 access to the library and thousands of educational and popular titles, to accommodate their varying interests.
