The farmer's market kicked off its third season last Wednesday at Library Parkin Clinton. Sandy Garnet warned people to dress up for the cold weather during the Grand Opening of the Clinton & Central Huron BIA Farmer's Market. The market runs each Wednesday from 2-6 p.m. until the end of September beside town hall. It features a variety of vendors from the areas, but the focus is on local food, said Garnet. As the season goes on more ven- dors will come out as produce becomes available, she added. Rosemary Edward, owner of Made in Huron, participated in the farmer's market last year as well. She said she got a lot of business from the first year and that brought her back again. Pauleen Kerkhof has been an independent consultant for Epi- cure for ten years, selling spices, mixes, salad dressings and rubs to name a few.
