Huron Centennial stu-
dents discovered what is
behind the mask they put on
in their every day life.
In a workshop on May 12
funded by the Foundation
for Education students were
asked to create a mask that
shows their inner selves.
Terri Munn, grade six/
seven teacher, had to apply
to be considered for the
workshop. The foundation
works in a lottery systems so
it's up to chance between the
classrooms that apply.
Munn said she was
intrigued by the idea of the
program because it gives her
students the chance to do
hands-on work and learn
from an expert.

honours drama program. She
created and led the workshop.
Nuhn is up to the task as she is
starting her Masters of Fine
Arts in prop making at the Uni-
versity of Illinois in August.
Nuhn was approached by
the foundation to create a work-
shop
orkshop that the organization
could use in schools. She com-
bined colour theory and differ-
ent design elements to build the
basis of the workshop.
