TELECOMMUNICATION TOWER
PROPOSAL
Bell Mobility Inc., in accordance with its
obligations under the Radiocommunications
Act and Industry Canada procedure
CPC -2-0-03 (2014), hereby notifies the
residents in the vicinity of Rattenbury St.,
Albert St. and Ontario St. in the Municipality of
Central Huron, Ontario of its intentions to
develop a Telecommunication Tower at the
location shown here consisting of :
• A 35 metre shrouded tri -pole
telecommunication tower;
• Equipment shelter; and:
• perimeter security fencing
On the lands known municipally as 318 23

ANY PERSON may make a written submission to the individual listed below before
September 1, 2015 with respect to this matter.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the approval of telecommunication facilities and their design are
under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Government of Canada through Industry Canada.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION relating to the proposed tower and site is available for review at
a public open house to be held on August 25, 2015 from 3:00-5:00 p.m. at the Central Huron
Council Chambers, 23 Albert Street, Clinton. Additional information may also be obtained

BY-LAW

Notice is hereby given that Bayfield Agricultural Society is making an
application to the Municipality of Bluewater Council for exemption
from the requirements of the Municipality of Bluewater Noise By-law
No. 21-2005, as amended, to allow the amplification of music. This
exemption is requested for the time period of August 15, 2015 from
10:OOpm to August 16, 2015 at 1:OOam.
Bayfield Community Fair's Carnival Music Festival Concert, featuring
two bands, Trent Severn and The Sadies.
The Municipality of Bluewater Council will consider this application
for exemption from the requirements of the Noise By-law at a Public
Hearing of a Council Meeting to be held on August 10, 2015 at 7:00pm
in the Council Chambers at the Stanley Complex, 385946 Mill Road,
R.R. #1, Varna, Ontario.
Individuals who feel they may be adversely affected by such an
exemption or wish to make their views on this subject known to
Municipal Council, should submit their comments in writing to the
Clerk at the Municipality of Bluewater office, P.O. Box 250, 14 Mill
Ave., Zurich, Ontario, by no later than August 3, 2015.

All claims against the estate of Jutta Beate Bennewies,
late of the town of Clinton in the County of Huron, who
died on the 24" day of March 2015, must be filed with
the undersigned Estate Trustee on or before the 26" day
