The paramedics returned within the hour and checked around the parking lot area where the bag was last seen however the tank and bag were missing. The area was searched extensively however the tank has not surfaced. The oxygen tank has a regula- tor connected to the tank and it is housed in an aqua col- oured padded carry bag. The tank is labelled with a County of Huron sticker. The value of the carry bag and oxygen tank is approximately $500. OPP officers are currently investigating the theft of a GMC Sierra Heavy Duty pickup truck that was stolen from a Hern Line residence this past weekend. The pickup truck was stolen from the resi- dence laneway on June 28 at approximately 5:30 a.m. The owner heard the noise of a truck so he came outside to check on his vehicle and at that point he discovered his truck was missing. Police were able to confirm that pickup truck was stolen from an address located a short dis- tance away on Park Road. Enroute to the Park Road address officers then recov- ered another stolen pickup truck abandoned on Park Road. This pickup truck had an attached trailer with a Sea -Doo on board. This pickup truck and trailer was determined to be stolen from a Nairn Drive address located in Central Huron. Although police have recov- ered two of the stolen vehi- cles one remains outstanding. The outstanding pickup truck is described as a white, 2004 GMC Sierra HD pickup truck with a Cana- dian flag in the rear window. The truck is estimated to be worth approximately $15,000. Huron East - OPP officers are investigating the recent break, enter and theft of 69 pigs sto- len from a pig farm opera- tion located on Krauter Line. OFFICE 519-565-5100 6B Main St. N. Bayfield A Chevrolet Sierra was stolen on June 28. Sometime between 12 p.m. on June 28 and 9 a.m. on June 29 those responsible entered into the barn through an inse- cure back door. Once inside the barn the thieves managed to load up the pigs and subse- quently drive away with them. At the time of the theft, the pigs were all about 25 to 30 pounds in weight. The total value of the stolen pigs is esti- mated to be around $3,000. Any person with informa- tion regarding these incidents should immediately contact Huron OPP at 1-888-310- 1122 or 519-524-8314. Bluewater - A 36 -year-old nov- ice driver from Central Huron is now facing an over 80 charge following her arrest last week- end. Upon speaking with the driver the officer detected the odour of alcohol on the driver's breath. A roadside screen- ing test was performed and the driver registered a fail. She was placed under arrest and was transported to the Huron OPP Detachment for breath tests. She subsequently pro- vided two samples of her breath to a qualified IntoxilizerTech- nician; both samples regis- tered over the legal limit. As a result, 36 year old woman from Central Huron has been charged with Drive Motor Vehicle — Over 80 Mil- ligrams of Alcohol and Class G2 Licence Holder Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) Above Zero. She has been released from custody with a court appearance sched- uled for the Ontario Court of Justice — Goderich on August 1, 2015. She also received an automatic 90 -day driv- er's licence suspension and her motor vehicle has been impounded for seven days.
