Maintenance Clerk

Hensall District Co-operative is a progressive co-operative in its 77th year of business and
continues to grow. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to become an integral part
of our Maintenance Team. This position will be full time and will report to the Maintenance
Manager.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Assures availability of parts in a cost-effective manner
• Maintain equipment/forklift records for preventative maintenance and corrective
maintenance
• Tracking of purchase orders & back orders
• Internal invoicing for equipment repairs
• Labelling of new equipment
• Expansion of work order system
• Data entry and maintenance of inventory control systems
• Parts stocking and ordering
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Job Requirements
• Excellent computer and communication skills
• Must work wet in a team environment
• Strong organizational and customer service skills
• Knowledge of suppliers and contacts for industrial products
• Ability to lift 501bs
• Walking and climbing stairs
• Experience operating a forklift
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
• Ontario Secondary School Diploma
• Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent experience
• 3 years' experience with inventory and/or purchasing
• Competent in Microsoft Office programs including excel
