Huron Chef League, McIntyre was serving appetizers on December 14 at Libro Community Hall in
Clinton. One of the appetizers featured Angus beef, of which, in Mclntyre's opinion, the best in the
world is produced locally in Huron County.
Executive Chef Martin Novotny is accompanied by his wife, sales manager Marianne Novotna to
serve canapes created special for the celebration at the Libro Community Hall on December 14.
Novotny is a member of the Huron Chef League. He and his wife are from Benmiller Inn & Spa.

Huron Chef League caters event refreshments

Leanne Kavanagh and
Shaun Henry are owner/
operators of Shop Bike Cof-
fee Roasters. This is an arti-
san coffee roastery in Bay-
field. They create specialty
coffees from green bean
from various regions around
the world and offer tea
blends for infusions. There is
also a boutique candy store.

Benmiller Inn and Spa
was represented by execu-
tive chef Martin Novotny
and his sales manager wife
Marianne Novotna. The
canapes they were serving
were created special for the
event. Marianne explains
that they are quite willing
to customize menus to fit
an event or celebration.
Guests at the inn may
request changes to accom-
modate specialty dietary
requirements and
advanced notice of severe
allergies is appreciated.

is essentially a meatball, with
sun choke puree prepared
from Jerusalem artichokes.
Caitlin's handmade butter
croissants were created with

Farm and cheddar cheese
