Born in Listowel on December 8, 1936, Helen Bernice (nee Gowing) Somerville of Clinton, formerly of Dublin, was in her 80th year. Beloved wife of the late Robert Orville Somerville (2011). Loving mother of Rick and Marilyn Somerville of Clinton, Robbie and Lee Anne Somerville of London and Randy and Christine Somerville of Seaforth. Cherished Grandma of Christina, Trevor (Jessica), Paul (Amy), James (Michelle), Lisa (Brett), Victoria (Tad), Brandon (Victoria), Paige, and Great -Grandma of six. Also missed by her siblings, Maxine of Listowel, Patsy of Exeter, Ruthy (Don) of Manitoba, Shirley (Don) of Manitoba, Danny of Burlington, Doug of Kitchener, Barb of Nova Scotia, brothers-in-law James (Florence) of Palmerston, Frank (Phyllis) of Listowel, and by many nieces, nephews and friends. Predeceased by her parents Harry and Hazel (nee Marshall) Gowing, and siblings, Lyle, Dalton, Donnie, Joyce and Molley. At Helen's request there was no funeral home visitation. Cremation has taken place and a private family memorial service was held at McGLYNN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME in Seaforth, followed by interment in Maitlandbank Cemetery, McKillop Township.
