Members of the Salvation Army
serenaded patients in the Clinton
Hospital on December 7.
Special to the Clinton News Record
The Salvation Army band and carollers
visited Huronview and the Clinton Hospital
on Monday evening, December 7 spread-
ing Christmas cheer. They distributed "Sun-
shine Bags" to the residents of Huronview
with the hopes that the gifts would brighten
up the Christmas Season.
The Salvation Army based in Goderich
has been conducting this ministry to sen-
iors for many years. The whole congrega-
tion gets involved, raising funds and help-
ing to pack the Sunshine Bags which
included hand lotion, socks, Kleenex, and a
few Christmas tracts.
This is truly one of the big highlights of
the year for The Salvation Army, visiting
seniors and helping to brighten their
Christmas.
