A by-law was padeed and debentures issued for the Kirk's drain and the time for completion of said drain was extended to June, 1507, on motion of Anderson and Thompson. The collector's time was extended to the lat meeting of the new year, on motion of Anderson and Medd, A byelaw was passed appointing poll- ing booths and deputy returning officers. Tho Reeve and Solicitor were author- ized to settle with Dr. ft Medd re the obstruction in ditch on roadway opposite Meddle property it they deemed ;t advisable, on motion Of Thompson and Anderson.
