Rev. Broadfoot has
service at Kilbarchan
BY.MAREL TURNBULL "
On Wednesday, Rev. J.
Broadfoot of St. Thomas
Anglican took the service. He
apologized for missing • three
of our church service's owing
to physical disabilitiesr bey-
ond his control. We were
pleased to have him again as
he always has a ,good•Tesson
to offer. J.R. Spittal was
busy at the bazaarl so was
unable to come to accompany
the hymns as he usually did,
but Miss Laura Lavis. or-
ganist of Clinton Anglican
Church did the accoMpany•
ing. We were glad to wel-
come her.
Reading; Psalm 112 Bless.
cd is the man who praises the
Lord. The lesson was taken
from St. Mark. Chap. 10
from verse 17. telling the
story of the rich man who
encountered Christ with the
question: Master. what shall
1 do to inherit eternal life?
Oirist reviewed the Ten
Commandments telling him
to kccp all of these. The man
who was Constdercd a good
num said he had kept all of
these from his south .up
Then said Jesus '•sell alt
thou hast and gsyc it to the
