(I'm sure they show from fifty feet.) I made such a resolute beginning last week, one boiled egg on dry toast, only apples for snacks, small servings without dessert for supper. And then I went into that store, and those creaMpuffs just looked hodiemade, like the ones -we used to spurge on, back when more cream was used in home baking. So, I bought four, and even sent.tny son back for two more, so we wouldn't argue over the extra one. Short break here for lunch -hamburg and black coffee,- then back .to the wobdpile, muscles creaking, fingers bleeding,. to finish the job and sweep up the floor. A simple supper of bacon and eggs at 7:00', follavd by a hot hath, was the last activity betbre collapse in the favourite chair. That. was yesterday. , Today, I've had cups of black coffee and clear tea, To supplement- the dry toast - routine. There's a box of candy shrift on the china cabinet, a leftover birthday gift from a.friend (some friend). I will got touch it. I will not even think about it.
