CHARLES HAYS Charles Hays is seeking re-election to the Hensall Public Utilities Commission. Mr. H'avs has seryed on -the PUC for the past 12 years The candidate is past -district deputy of the Oddfellows and Masons, and is a member of the Huron Count % board of eductation's 'Batty School Leaving Committee.
