Park, and formerly of
Mitchell, died at University
Hospital, London, on
Saturday, October 18, 1980.
He was born at Seaforth,
the son of Mrs. Louise
(Dietz) of Mitchell and the
late Henry Benneveies, on
February 22, 1926.
He is survived by his wife,
the former Grace McPhail;
his mother; one son, Warren
of Dublin; one grand-
daughter, Kelly; two

offenders waiv� rights
Three AmeriCane, teen men and woman,
waived their rights to ,a prelhelinary hearing
when they appeared in Strad* provincial
(bud last Wednesday on &related
charges.
Jeffrey. Padolitto, Thomas Paul and
Pamela Bachman, all of Detroit, consented
to be eommitted for trial before a county
court judge without the hearing of any
eiridence in the preliminary inquire.
The three suspects have been in custody
since their arrest in July. '
The Petreit residents were arrested
following an investigation by Constable
Charles Akey of the Seaforth police
department, in co-operation with Constable
Rob Roy of the Stratford detachment of the
RCMP.
Constable Akey is credited, with starting
an investigation which resulted in eight
different suSpects being arrested on charges
ranging from p ossession of heroin to armed

cutor, told the court he would get the earliest
possible date for dealing with charges in
