000 from the Conn Council and we see
no season as to wh Wingham's hospital

represent the di rent mnnicipalities in
the County Co oil. We now hear of
rumors as to poo ibis candidates for the
Reeveahip in th adjourning townships,
but not a word a to who will likely be
Wingham's R eve. These positions
should be fille by men who have had
considerable e::perience in Municipal

Mr. Neelands 's an enthusiastic
member of the Ca ndian Foresters and
for 22 years held t e position of High
Trea6hrer of the der and at High
Court meeting wa known by the mem-
bers of the Order as "Honest John,"
He resigned that osition early last year
and has since een living retired in
Toronto.
Mr. Neelands s a self-made man,
not having the on ortnnities that are
now open to the yotng men of thiscoun-
try. He has numeizus friends in Wing -
ham who will wish -him many years of
happy life in the flourishing city of
Toronto.
