ment of the year on Sunday
with a nearly full entry. First
place went to John Patterson
and Katie Phillips who fin-
ished with 3w + 43. Second
was Brad Fleming and Clara
Maxim of Port Elgin. with
3w + 41. Third and also with
3w + 41 was Huron Winter -
mute Jean of London but had
more shots scored against.
Fourth were Len Borenhain
and Marjorie Jackson of St.

Tournament was underway
at our •local course. 'More
than 120 golfers took part in
the event, which lasted from
early Wednesday morning
until late the night. An
excellent prize table and
super meal was added to fine
weather to help make the day

fellows competing for prizes.
On Thursday night. the
final Men's night before the
bash. Larry Broome shot 44
and drawn with Bill RobertoR
and his 35. The 79 total
proved good enough to take
the first place honours.
Thc bash on Friday begins
at 5 for those who wish to
golf. A delicious buffet is
plannried for 8 p.m. and the
party will continue. The bash
will end an excellent season
for the Ten's committee.
