notice in writing stating his objection to
such amendment and his reasons therefore
and if 'a public hearing is held he or his
representative will attend such hearing to
support such objection.
3. The ,Ontario Municipal Board may
approve of the said amendment, but before
doing so it may appoint a time and place
for a public hearing when any objections
will be considered, -but notice of such
hearing will be given to only those persons
who have given notice of objection as
provided for above.

Extensive damage resulted Tuesday when high
winds during a violent storm caused a tree to
split and land on the garage at the home of
James Moore of Goderich Street West. A hole
was punched in the roof of the garage, but no
estimate of the damage was available.
