On the quieter side, the Tai Chi club of Brussels and Stratford encouraged the crowd to ease their way into some gentle, rhythmic exercises to soothing music. A member of the International Dance Exercise Association, Mrs. Leitch teaches Fitness is Fun in Seaforth arid will be starting up Aquafit classes again this summer. Events sueh as Dance for Heart and Fitness Week are.good motivators, she agrees, but keeping fit should be a regular objective.
