SEAFORTH DAY AT LABATT PARK
will be held again this year. The London
Tigers will host the New Britain Red Sox
(Boston Minor Team) on Monday, May 21,
1990. Game time is 7:05 pm. This is Shell
Canada Fireworks Night, .so everyone at
the Park will see free fireworks after the
Ball Game. We will again take a bus for
those that do not wish to drive. The Bus
drops you off inside the Ball Park, so if
you take the bus, you do not have to pay
for parking, or ark. For

The Seaforth and District Community
Centres is having a GIANT YARD SALE
on Saturday, May 5, from 8 to 1 pm. at
the Arena. If you have any items you
would like to sell, and want to rent space,
call Graham at the Arena 527-1272. You
will receive a 14' x 14' space and one 8'
table for $10.00.
The Hospital Auxiliary is having their
PENNY SALE again this year. The sale
will take place beside the Toronto Domi-
nion Bank between April 25 and May 4,
with the draws to be made on May 5. Do
some shopping downtown, and drop into
the sale. The trailer will be open from 9 to
5 pm each ,',y and 9 to 9 pm on Fridays.
Come out and support this worthy cause,
you might even take home a lovely gift.

Association woukl like to invite everyone to
their annual FASHION SHOW on Wednes-

Sharmila lost a leg to cancer
when she was six years old. With
the help of a prosthetic leg,
Sharmila is able to skip and swim
with her friends.
Helping people with disabilities
is just one way lottery funds

Summer must be on the way; League
play for the Seaforth Ladies' Softball
teams begins next week, Tuesday May 1.
The first game of the season will take
place at 6:45 p.m. at Lion's Park, with the
Queen's team challenging Coop's. The
Commercial team will come up against the
Kids' Kioze Killers on the diamond at 8:30
p.m.
The teams have been drawn up for the
season, and the members are: QUEENS'
