Fatal Bicycle Accident.

Port Jervis, N. Y. tiled on Tuesday of

son of Mrs. M. Grisdi4e, of this town,
and was in his eigleteenth year. Ho
was an active member! of the Epworth
League, in which wor he took a great
interest. He was egarded by his
employers, Messre. Lloyd & Son, as
an exemplary young Man, and was held
in high esteem by tho e who knew him.
The funeral took lace on Monday
afternoon. A mem rial service was
conducted in the Met odist Church at
which the pastor, W. G. Howson,
spoke very fittingly or the occasion,
Rev. G. W. Rivers, 13 A., of Belgrave,
assisted at the service, and Mr. F.
Buchanan, of the firnidn whose employ
deceased had been, pa A a tribute to the
excellent character an,, trustworthiness
of the young man, forievhom they had a
high regard. The retimins were after-
wards laid to rest in the Wingham
