Centenaires close season, Carter leads
The Seaforth Centenaires Junior "D"
team wrapped up a long season two
weekends ago, finishing two points behind
Alvinston and out of the playoffs. It was a
season of highs and lows, however, as a
number of players - including rookies -
played stellar hockey through the regular
season, ending up with impressive point
totals.
At the North Division Junior 'D' banquet,
hosted last Friday by the Oshweken
hockey league in Brantford, Seaforth
Centenaire player Brad Carter was
honoured as the Divison scoring leader.
Carter wound up the season with a 77 point
total over 35 regular season games, 31
points ahead of teammate Brad Beutten-
miller. Carter was also named to the
Divison All-Star team.
