Bernice Kemp in her 79th year. Beloved wife of the late Gordon Arthur Kemp (1990). Loving mother of Gordon Kemp and Marilyn Stewart of Kincardine, Gail Kemp of Goderich. Loving grandmother of Devin Kemp (Heather Stepaniak) of Kincardine, Megan Stewart - Kemp of Kincardine. Dear sister of Harvey and Pat Livingston of Lucknow and sister- in-law Marion Livingston of Greely, Joan Livingston of Lucknow and Elsa Stephenson of Orangeville. Also survived by aunt Betty Dickinson of Georgetown. Fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and special friend Stan Doherty. Predeceased by her son Glen (1987), her parents Martha and Norman Livingston and brothers William (2012), Clifford (2011) and Harold (2003) and her grandson Cody Kemp (2014), and close family friend Dorothy Beamish (2012). Bernice was a valued employee of Fincher's of Goderich for over 29 years and a dedicated member of the Carry On Cloggers and Lakeshore United Church. Friends were received at McCALLUM & PALLA FUNERAL HOME, 11 Cambria Road North, Goderich, on Thursday October 1, 2015 from 2 - 4 & 7 - 9 PM. Funeral Service was held at Lakeshore United Church on Friday October 2, 2015 at 2 PM. Interment Maitland Cemetery, Goderich. Always in my thoughts and forever in my heart. -Love Helen GAMMIE, Grace - Beloved wife of the late Ross Gammie, of Lucknow, passed away at Pinecrest Manor on Wednesday September 30, 2015 in her 94th year. She was born in Ashfield Township on June 19, 1922 to the late Mary (Roulston) and Cyril Campbell. Dear Mother of Garry (Sylvie) Gammie of Dawson City, Yukon, Bryan (Vana) Gammie, Dale (Debbie) Gammie and Loree (Keith) Raymond all of Lucknow. Also greatly missed by 10 grandchildren; Kevin, Caitlin, David, Jeffrey, Don, Brent, Andy, Paige, Lindsey and Bob and 11 great grandchildren. Predeceased by sisters Ina Harlton, Eileen Campbell, and Louise Kannapin and brother Harry Campbell. A Funeral Service was conducted from the Lucknow Presbyterian Church on Friday October 2, 2015 at 2 PM with Rev. David Chung officiating. Pallbearers were Jeffrey, Brent, Paige and Andy Gammie, Lindsey Raymond and Tom Harlton. Flower bearers were Kylie and Shealene Gammie and Ivah Guy. Interment Greenhill Cemetery. Donations to the Lucknow Presbyterian Church, Pinecrest Residents Council or the charity of your own choice were greatly appreciated as expressions of sympathy. To the Lucknow Fire and Res- cue Department again our thanks for your quick response and expertise, ambulance attendants for getting Ross so quickly to the hospital, for your care and compassion to all. We can't say enough about the Drs. and Nurses at Wingham District Hospital, how kind, caring and competent they were. Spe- cial thanks to the nurses who ensured Ross 's last hours were comfortable and pain free. Thanks for the concern and com- passion shown to us. You went above and beyond. To Joan, Pam, Anne and Marg for your help, without you we couldn't have kept him at home. To the very capable staff at Lucknow Pharmacy for all your help, I know I could always count on you when we had problems. Joan, Amy and Mary Ellen at MacKenzie & McCreath Funeral Home for your guidance in planning the service. Your love and support made a very difficult time easier. Rev. Lynne Wilson you have been a source of strength during these past years, and the trying days we have experienced, and for your continuing support, we are deeply touched. Karen Martyn for the lovely tribute you gave Ross through your music, so beautifully played, it was just what he would have wanted. The Pallbearers and flower bearers thanks for carrying Ross to his final resting place. You were all very special to him. Sincere thanks to relatives, neighbours and friends for your love, affec- tionate hugs, for the beautiful flowers, donations, cards, visits, all who shared your memories of Ross with us. The food brought to our home, those who provided the meals. We are overwhelmed by the out- pouring support we received. The Lucknow United Church Women for the delicious lunch following the service. We are truly blessed to have had a loving husband and father who was well respected and liked by so many. Ross has such a special place in each of our hearts and we shall love him forever, and never forget him. He left us beautiful memories. His love will be our guide.
