HomeMy WebLinkAboutThe Lucknow Sentinel, 2015-05-27, Page 1414 Lucknow Sentinel • Wednesday, May 27, 2015 Public Notices Public Notices Public Notices Public Notices Huron - Kini ss C.4cif fro. a 9f hfic, efr o llf n ': LAWN WATERING RESTRICTIONS IN EFFECT June 1st, 2015 to September 15th, 2015 Pursuant to By -Law 2010-46, residents of the Township of Huron -Kinloss that are connected to MUNICIPALLY OPERATED water supplies are advised that: ODD numbered houses may only water lawns and gardens on odd numbered days EVEN numbered houses may only water lawns and gardens on even numbered days and only between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. as well as 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m., except those properties with automatic sprinkler systems. For properties with automatic sprinkler systems; watering must occur from 4:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m., on the property's respective day. SET FINE FOR CONTRAVENTION - $50.00 This By -Law does not apply to hand held hose watering or new lawns planted less than 30 days. Note: The By -Law Enforcement officer will be conducting regular patrols at all times, and will be issuing fines to residents who do not conform to the By -Law. Beloved husband of Cindy Hodgins (nee Paterson). Dear father of Samm and Becky. Cherished son of Bill and Bev (Wilson) Hodgins of RR#2 Holyrood and son-in-law of John and Ellen Paterson of Kincardine. Loved brother of Laura (Doug) Johnston of Listowel and Joe (Kerri) Hodgins of RR#4 Kincardine. Sadly missed by his nieces and nephews, Brooklyn, Lexie, Devin, Jordan, Makala and Ayden.
