Serving Lucknow and surrounding area Submitted Mud makeup and Tug of War were 2 of the activities at Ripley -Huron Community School's first Mud Day. ud Day Graham Martin Principal, Ripley -Huron Community School Spring has sprung, and with that comes mud! Dur- ing Outdoor Play, Kinder- garten students at Ripley - Huron Community School became curious about all the mud puddles on their playground. The Kindergarten team took this spark of interest, and together with their students brainstormed muddy activities and games. There was a mud makeup station, a kitchen that served mud muffins and mud pies. Painting easels were full of paint made of mud! Tug of war through the mud puddles and the mud slide were the highlight of the day. It was an epic event. Smiles shone from ear to ear, and a new tradition was born. Thanks to the support of our kindergarten families, it was an event to remem- ber. It was a Filthy Blast!
