Spring has sprung, and
with that comes mud! Dur-
ing Outdoor Play, Kinder-
garten students at Ripley -
Huron Community School
became curious about
all the mud puddles on
their playground.
The Kindergarten team
took this spark of interest,
and together with their
students brainstormed
muddy activities and
games. There was a mud
makeup station, a kitchen
that served mud muffins
and mud pies. Painting
easels were full of paint
made of mud! Tug of war
through the mud puddles
and the mud slide were the
highlight of the day.
It was an epic event.
Smiles shone from ear to
ear, and a new tradition was
born. Thanks to the support
of our kindergarten families,
it was an event to remem-
ber. It was a Filthy Blast!
Students became covered from head to toe on the mud slide on
Mud Day at Ripley -Huron Community School.
