Who left us 1 year ago Feb. 7, 2014
Mom loved us from our first breath,
held our hands through the years,
guided us along the path
that our lives took.
Taught us all the stepping stones in life
to become the people we are today.
And through it all, she stood
proud of us all.
Her family (husband, children and
grandchildren) meant everything in the
world to her.
It will be hard on us to let
her go physically,
but we carry her with us each and
everyday in our hearts and thoughts.
The sun rising will remind us of the
warmth of her love.
Flowers blooming will remind us of her
love for life.
Our trials and tribulations will remind us
of how strong willed she was.
There's a part of her in each and every
person that hears or reads this, and we
can all be so honoured that she was a
part of our lives.
We will always love you mom,
wife, grandmother,
we will carry you with us each day
in our hearts.
We will mourn our loss but rejoice that
you are in a better place and loved
ones, awaiting our arrival one day.
-Murray, Jeff & Cathy, Lisa & Sean,
Mike & Angie, Jon & Jen & all your
grandchildren

(ASHFIELD-COLBORNE-WAWANOSH, ON) - A 26
year old driver from Kincardine is facing a slew
of charges following a traffic stop on January 18,
2015. At approximately 8:10 p.m. a Huron County
Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer was patrol-
ling on Bluewater Veterans Highway near Nile
Road when the Automated Licence Plate Recogni-
tion (A.L.P.R) system alerted the officer to a possi-
ble violation. The ALPR system scanned the licence
plate of a southbound Saturn and information was
instantaneously provided to the officer inform-
ing the officer that the attached licence plate was
associated to an un -licenced registered owner.
The investigating officer stopped the Saturn on
Nile Road and spoke with the driver. Upon speak-
ing with the driver the officer observed sev-
eral bottles of open alcohol inside the vehi-
cle. As a result of this infraction the officer
