Radiant womanhood
The glory and satisfaotioe of beautiful
known only can be o
Y to those
possessing the unlimited advantages of
health. No weak wornau can be happy
or enjoy half the pleasures of life. Pallid
cheeks, suuken eyes, exhaused nerves,
all tell of a terrible struggle to keep up.
What the weak woman needs is Ferro -
zone; it renews, restores and vitalizes
instantly -it's a "woman's" remedy -
that's why.
Ferrozone makes women strong, plump
and healthful because it contains lots of
nutriment, the kind that forms console,
sinew, bone and nerve. Vitalizing blood
courses through body, making delight-
ful color, happy spirits, true womaly
strength. Fifty cents buys a box of
Ferrezone in any drug store.

Powdered rice applied on

Grapes and raisins are nourishing and
fattening, and apples eaten daily insure
clear, bright complexions.
Rose water, eight ounces, and tinc-
tures of benzoin, two drams, make one
of the best skin tonics and whiteners.
The orange stick is the only nail clean-
er necessary. The stink properly pointed
will not injure the enamel or the cuticle
around the nail.
Vaseline will darken and increase the
growth of the eyelashes and eyebrows.
It should be heated a little and applied
with a small camel's hair brush.
If a child should swallow any danger-
ous substance, immediately slip down
its throat the white of an egg, which
will form a curd around it and thus
provent serious effects.
Make up your mind that yon are well
and you will be well. Don't go for the
medicine bottle until everything else
has failed. Let nature, which means
fresh air, do the work of cure.
In case of fainting lay the person flat
on the back, keep the people at a dis-
tance, so that the sufferer will have
plenty of fresh air. Sprinkle the face
with water and apply spirits of harts-
