For Parr Line, Vern Thompson scared with unly 10 seconds =teaming in the erne. The pass came from Adram Salvcrda and Tim Bylona. WINTRHOP 2 RED RUSTLERS 0 Hero's for Winthrop are Brian McGavin and Jim Mac: Donald who did some fancy footwork and s dck- handling to score. Atom Is winners in last Goderich game, 8-1 The Seaforth Atom 1 team met Goderich on Saturday on home ice. Only eleven seconds into the game, the opposition slipped the puck into the Seaforth net. The startled Seaforth boys woke up immediately and began to play hockey. It was downhill for the Goderich team for the next 39 minutes and 49 seconds. Seaforth came back with one goal in the first six goals in the second and one more goal in the third period. The final score was Seaforth 8 and Goderich 1. Scoring for Seaforth was Mark Van Dooren with a hat trick, Derek Smith with 2, and 1 each for Bran- don Nash, Michael Mullin and Pat Coyne. Assisting on the goals were Scott Van Dooren (2), Micheal Mullin, Ben Murray, Pat Coyne, Brandon Nash and Mark Van Dooren. The Atom I team next game is on Tuesday in Clinton followed by a game to Listowel on Saturday. Their record at the moment in regular season action is 8 wins and 0 losses. Bingo is held every Monday evening at the Seaforth and District Community Centres starting at 7:30 p.m. All proceeds will go into Minor Sports in Seaforth.
