Ryan Van Dooren to Jason Anstett
who was wide open in front of the
net and made no mistake. Derek
Nesbitt also picked up an assist on
the goal.
The second period belonged to
Listowel as they were able to notch
two, and take a 3 - 1 lead into the
third. Seaforth would score fust in
the final frame and scoring were
Ryan Van Dooren assisted by Cur-
tis Murray and Rob Spittal. The
final was 5 - 2 in Listowel's favor.
On Saturday, the Novice team
travelled to Mitchell for a rematch
of last Sunday's game. This would
turn out to be a good day for the
novice team as they would hang on
for a 6 - 5 victory. Seaforth struck
at 5:10 of the fust period and
would get three more before the
end of the fust frame. Scoring were
Jason Anstett, Derek Nesbiu, Daryl
Young, and Ryan Van Dooren,
Jason Hugill, and Derek Nesbitt.
In the second Mitchell attempted
to get back into the game by
scoring two goals, compared to
Seaforth's one. Scoring was Steve
over week
Phillips from Derek Nesbiu and
Jason Anstett.
In the third Seaforth appeared to
lose their legs, but was able to hold
on. Scoring for Seaforth in the third
was Daniel Nash assisted by Ryan
Van Dooren. Danny O'Reilly, and
Dean Wood were spectacular in the
Seaforth net and were in a large
capacity responsible for the win.

out on top of the Clinton team
earlier this year, by a 10 - 0 score.
Atom IIs begin hockey season
The Seaforth Atom IIs have
began their hockey season.
They travelled too Hensall on
October 17 only to lose by a score
of 4 to 1. Then on October 20 the
boys went to Mitchell and ended up
with a win, outscoring their op-
ponents 5 to 1.
With little time to prepare for the
regular season the Atom IIs started
their home opener against Zurich.
Zurich started very quickly scoring
two goals on Seaforth . The
Seaforth team fought back and had
many scoring chances before finally
being rewarded with a goal. The
play went back and forth with both
teams having good chances to
score. In the end Zurich won the
game 3 to 1.
On November 10 Milverton came
to town only to prove very tough
opposition. They started quickly and
opened to a 3 to 0 lead after two
periods of play. Seaforth finally got
one back on a goal by Jason Hulley
who was set up on a nice pass by
J.D. Nolan. The fine play of Evan
Eckert in goal kept the score down
and the final tally was 5 to 1 for
Milverton. Good Luck to the
Seaforth boys in their next game.
The Atom IIs team roster is:
Jamie Dick, Jordan Nuhn, J.D.
Nolan, Adam Nolan, Mark Beuer-
man, Tim Sills, Everett Smith, Evan
Eckert, Mark Phillips, Jason Hulley,
