Seaforth Novice team splits The Seaforth Novice hockey teem was on a two game home stand on the weekend with two matinee games versus Clinton and Mitchell respectively. On Saturday, Clinton visited the Seaforth and District Community Centres for a game that would see Seaforth explode to a 10 - 0 romp. Goderich Mates tied the score to end the first period, but couldn't slow the Seaforth lads down. Seaforth went ahead in the scoring race on a break away, unas- sisted goal by Shaun Anstett. Petites I shut out Goderich The Seaforth I Petites played in Seaforth Friday night against Goderich and won the contest 9 - 0. Before the three minute mark of the first period Melissa Robertson had scored assisted by Abby Dietz. Cathy Coyne scored at the 12:05 mark. Seaforth continued to dominate the play for the next 10 minutes. Rookie Michele Forsyth - Gallagher scored her first official goal at 2:10 assisted by Cathy Coyne.
