comrades. A parade travelled from
the Branch to the cenotaph, accom-

wreath was laid by District C Com-
mander Don Standen and Zone
Commander John MacDonald in
honour of our Comrades who died.
After the meeting, a delicious din-
ner was served by our Ladies
Auxiliary.

was another success, with over two
hundred people attending. This was
the first event to he held com-
memorating Legion Week. On
Wednesday (today) the Auxiliary is
holding an afternoon tea to which
everybody is welcome. A silver
collection will be accepted.
Thursday is the Legion general
meeting, and don't forget the lawn
bowling set for Fnday evening. in
case of inclement weather, cards
will be played inside the branch.
Six members of the branch
