After an Illness ..ef only two weeks, from Brights Dis.aso and Diabetes, there passed away en Friday afternoon last a respected res -dent of the town, in the person of Mr. aaseph Ellicott in his 40th year. Deceas d had been in poor health for a long t pie, but had worked steadily at his tradit at the refinery until New Years, when lie contracted the dis- eases meutioned ab :ve, and despite every care and attention, strength rapidly de- clined, until death, relieved him about 3.45 o'clock. Mr. eillicott was born at Eastwood, Ontario,the eldest son of the late George Ellicott.
