Turnberry A ricultural Society.
The annual me ting of the Turnberry
Agricultural Soct ty was held ou Wed-
nesday afternoon f last week. The at-
tendance of mem ere was not very large.
The auditors repo t, showed the society
to be in good shot e. The total receipts
for the past year i minding a balance of
$186.43, were $120 55. The expenditure
was $1080 37 and f this amount $463.25
was paid in p izes, not including
amount paid for te sts of speed. The so-

high esteem the aged couple are held by

gold. Congratulatory telegrams were

four sons and four daughters, all of
whom are still living, except the eldest
