We under- stand the price paid was $1850. —Inspector Burgess, of North Grey says that two Schools in his inspectorate have been vacant since midsummer holi- days owing to the inability of the trus- tees to secure qualified teachers. —Tho Fordwich Record last week entered its tenth year. Mr. Toug- her wrote to his brother about three weeks ago, and received a reply from some one who had opened the letter, in. forming him of the death of Edward, which had occurred some time previous.
