R. yards. The del ils of these impro- vements were given 'n the TIMES some months ago. Work as been commence ed and it is expected ,hat the new build. Ings and other work will be completed this fail. A new statio t house and freight sheds will be built, and the present freight shed will be oved to a new lo- cation in the yards, d will be used exclueively by the fu niture factories. New sidings, new ca le yards, a new engine house, are on the pro ramme. These improvements ill be welcomed by the people of Wing m. The water- works extension is ano' er improvement that is now taking up tae time of a num- ber of workmen. The laying of the new water mains should De completed in three weeks.
