Scott of the 8th coil, received a teles gram tellitg of the death of his eon, Lancelot, who lost his life in a wreck on the 0. P, B„ near Downie B. C., about twenty miles west of Revelstoke. The unfortunate young man went west three years ngo and since then has been en. gaged as firomait on the C. P. It., runn- ing west from Revelstoke m here Ms brother, Mat, is a driver. Ile was twenty-two years and teventyseven days old, and the youngest of Mr. Seott's five sons. The body was inttr:ed in Teeswator cemetery.
