This is NOT the fault of the local School Boards but the historical policy of Provincial Governments. Clearly, the issue of fundraising in schools is a concern to all parents and teachers, and requires further investigation. The resolution that was passed by the Provincial Executive of the OPSTF was made with the express intent of reducing possible risks for youngsters.
