Harold W alsh was the high winner when
Seal'orth Health Care Facility residents went
to Starlight Lanes to bowl on Monday. Mr.
W alsh bowled a 128.
Go 'Tuesday Seaforth Public School pupils
helped residents with wheelchair bowling
and on W ednesday some residents went to
the noon luncheon at Nut'thside United
Church.
Rev. Barber held the weekly worship
service with Henrietta Brown providing the
music 00 the piano,
On 'Thursday afternoon the man played
euchre while the ladies planted flowers for
the bazaar.
On Friday some residents helped to set up
for the bazaar, which was held Saturday with
0 great turnout,
The winner of the quilt draw was Donna
Mcllwain, Jim McNichol won the flower
arrangement, The residents thanked every-
one who helped make it a big sueecoss.

Sead'orih Hort icultural Society. She takes over
from Steve Hildebrand, The new treasurer
is Marjorie Phillips and Steve Hildebrand is
secretary,
The annual meeting of the horticultural
society was held tel the Sual'orth Public
School, November 12, It began with a potluck
supper.
Mr, ilildehrand welcomed everyone and
expressed -thanks to Isabel Young and ,hor
social committee for the supper.

BRIAN HAV LEE, son of Marlyn and (he late
Gary Gray, of Seaforth, and flay Lee of
Cambridge, received his Masters in Psychol-
ogy degree during the fall convocation of the
University of Ottawa. Brian has accepted a
position as a school psychologist with the
Child Care and Development Brandi of the
Manitoba Department of Education, and will
be working in Dauphin, Manitoba. Brian is a
former graduate of the University of Western
Ontario, where he received his Honors
Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.

Mary Joanne Maloney and Larry Flanagan
were married in Egmondvllle United Church
on September 6, 1986. The double ring
ceremony was performed by Rev. Cheryl Ann
Stadelbauer-Sampa. Tho bride is the daugh-
ter of Mr. and Mrs. Clarence J. Maloney of
Seaforth and the groom is the son of Mr. and
Mrs. W illlam It Flanagan of RR 5, Mitchell,
Maid of honor was Anne Marie Maloney and
the bridesmaid was Carolyn Caroro, both
sisters of the bride. Flowergirls were Carrie
and Andrea Flanagan, daughters of the
groom, Best man was Frank Flanagan
brother of the groom. Guests were usheread
by Charlie Downey, friend of the groom and
Lawrence Flanagan, son of the groom. The
scripture reading was given by Ann Marie
Bouerman. Music was provided by organist,
Marion Rose and soloist, Debbie Haney. A
reception was held at the Brodhagen and
District Community Centre. Following a trip
to Northern Ontario the couple are now

Staffa, Pastor Deborah Hoekstra, assisted by ,
Rev. Donald Pletsch, officiated at the
ceremony. The bride is the daughter of Mr.
and Mrs. Lorne McKinnon, RR 2, Dublin.
The groom Is the son of Mr. and Mrs.
Duncan McNaughton, SL Marys. Matron of
honor was Darlene Trapnell, Seaforth; friend
of the bride. Bridesmaids were Diane
Mitchell, St. Marys, niece of the groom and
Brenda McKinnon, RR2, Dublin, slstorof the
bride. Floworgirl was Ellen McNaughton,
Manitoulin island, niece 9f the groom.

Rejuvenation Centre and Boutique in Strat-
ford. Laird and Ruby Finlayson. Kippen are
her parents.
Draw results in
from rabbit show
South Huron Rabbit Breeders recently
hosted a Targe rabbit show in the Seaforth and
District Community Centres on November8.
Almost 300 rabbits from Western Ontario
were exhibited. The winners of the draw are:
1st prize. Murray Cardiff, Brussels, hand
cmcheted afghan; 2nd prize, Lacy Masatodi,
London. racheted cushion; 3rd prize,
Charlotte Kittchinham, Brownsville; 4th
prize. Grace Broadfoot, Seaforth, rabbit
carrying cage. Thanks to all people helping at
the show. it was a hopping success.

OBITUARIES
AiEXANDER DUNCAN McGREGOR
Alexander Duncan McGregor of RR 2,
Kippen, died Thursday, November 13, 1986
at the Seaforth Community Hospital. He
was 78.
Mr. McGregor was a former Deputy Reeve
and Councillor of Tuckersmith Township.
He is survived by his wife, the former
Martha Cobb; sons John Alexander and
Douglas Edgar, both of RR 2, Kippen and
daughter Katherine (Mrs. Eric Judge) of
Sirathroy. Also surviving are eight grand-
children'.
Mr. McGregor rested in the Henget]
Chapel of Michael P. O'Connor Funeral
Home's,. Hensall, where the funeral and
committal service was conducted November
15 by the Reverend Kenneth Knight. Spring
interment in Egrnondville Cemetery.
