Mr, and Mrs. Adrian De Coo of Kitchener were recent visitors with Audrey De Coo at Seaforth. / Mr, and Mrs, John Jensen have returned to their home after visiting with relatives in Holland. DOUBLE THE FUN — Riding on a midway attraction is twice as much fun when you have your twin brother along, as Tom and Joey Pearson, of RR 1, Ethel, discovered while attending the Brussels Fall Fair last Wednesday. ° Raftis photo Huron gets grant A community planning grant of $4,885 has been awarded to the County of Huron on behalf of the Township of Howick, Health Minister Murray Elston, MPP Huron -Bruce, announced recently, " Speaking on behalf of Municipal Affairs Minister Bernard Grandmaitre, Mr. Elston said the grant will be used by the Township to review its Official Plan. Community planning grants from the Ministryof Municipal Affairs are designed to encourage municipalities to resolve land use planning issues to reflect municipal and economic priorities. Spectators bundled in winter coats and blankets watched an exciting' end to the championship game. After trailing Chiselhurst through most of the game, Staffa suddenly came to life in the second last inning and after the first half of the last inning was leading by two runs. With two men out, Chiselhurst got two runs to tie, then added another to win the championship trophy, Chiselhurst, having lost only one game during the tournament, against Staffa, had to play only the last game of the playoffs. Had they lost it, plans were for the two teams to immediately play a second game to break the tie of two games lost. This was a possibility H club named On September 16, McKillop 4 started another dub called "Milk Makes It."
