A special thanks to John Lansink and his committee for a fine evenings entertainment. Saturday was the Seniors Golf Tournament and although the weather did not want to cooperate, 21 golfers somehow braved the elements and finished 18 holes, at the local golf course. When all was done, some wet, cold and wind blown, the over all winner was Bill Harris of the Clinton Legion. That -gave Bill the first pick at the prize table but to be eligible to get your name on the trophy you had to belong to Seaforth. That being the case John Cairns won low gross, and Dave Cornish low net. There was some good golfing and some not so good.
