Vehicle Associates will take over the Hully
Gully race track.
ATV riders from all over Ontario and
Michigan will be at this race, competing for
the $1,000 purse, trophies and cash, as well
as the valuable OATVA points going towards
their 1986 points standing. There will be nine
classes running = three mod and six stock.
An added bonus will be free pit camping
Saturday night and a free pancake breakfast
on Sunday morning, Riders and families are
welcome, so come on out and don't miss this
event.

The 10th ANNUAL L.H.Z.R,A, SPORTS -
FEST will be held August 15-17 in Port Elgin.
There are a total of 40 events scheduled. If
you or your team are interested, please call
the Recreation Department at 527-0882.
Entry deadline is Friday, July 18.
The SEAFORTH-WEST BRANCH Inter-
national Games are fast approaching. The
games will be held in West Branch, Michigan
on Friday, August 1 to Sunday, August 3. If
! you are interested in seeing our Sister City
' please call the Recreation Department as
soon as possible, 527-0882. If there is not
enough interest shown, we will have to cancel
out for the second year in a row, and we do not
want that to happen.
All SENIORS are invited to the Seaforth
and District Community Centres every Wed-
' nesday afternoon for Shuffleboard. It starts at

On Saturday, July 19, 1986 the Athlete's
Foot and Goderich Suncoast Mall presents
THE GODERICH 10 km CLASSIC RUN, an
open race for runners and joggers of all ages.
The race starts at 9:30 a.m. There will be over
$575 in prizes. For more information you can

Mosquitos win
first game ever
Victory may not be the main thing,
especially where minor sports are concerned,
hut a notch or two in the win column every
now and then always adds an extra element of
fun to any game.
Just ask the members of' the Seaforth
Mosquito soccer team. After scoring only one
goal all season last year, the team won their
first contest in two seasons, beating a
shart•hatrded St. Columban squad 7-0, here
Thursday evening: '
"They were really excited," said coach Bill
Weber. adding that most of the 21 players on
lite team are in their tirst year of soccer.
"The kids played really well," said Mr.
Weber, "They showed a lot of skill
development "

I{anu, Alan langille and Robby Vanden-
Itengel each scored one goal. Goalkeeper
Dave Soontiens reoarded the shutout.
After last year's one -goal season, the tears
showed improvement right away, running up
a three -goal tend on the Goderich team in
their first game, before eventually losing 7-3.
