Any well rounded fitness program will help lower your scores, and the nice thing about golf is you will get in shape as you enjoy the game, Ladies and Mens nights were off to a good start last week, thanks to good weather and keen golfers. The ladies enjoyed a delicious potluck supper after their golf. The winners at the first men's night were: Ken Doig Sr., Kevin Bennett, Jim Watson Jr., Bob Henderson, Phil Hoggarth and Jerry Wright. Men are reminded to sign up as soon as possible for the local match play championship for the Brad Smith -Don Eaton Trophy as well as the Crown Life Pm Am qualifying. We, as trustees of your contributions, carefully use these funds for programs not covered by govemment grants, special equipment for train- ing and community awareness and prevention activities. Your response to this arrnyof helpers has, to the best of our knowledge, been the best of any area in Canada.
