W e just seemed to be a step behind them all night," said Centenaire manager Glen McClure. Because the suspensions to Gerard Ryan, Kevin W illiareson and Tom Turner, of Seaforth and Rob Stinson, of Grand Valley, were for minor offences, Mr. McClure said the teams will likely be able to buy back the suspensions by paying a $25 penalty for each one. During the game, Grand Valley grabbed a lead early in the first period, and never let the Centenaires get caught up, leading 2-1 after the first frame and 5-3 after the second. Dave Murray scored twice and assisted on a third goal in the game, while Jerry Wright, Pete Bennett and Andy Russell scored singles.
