The topic for this meeting. was on cooking various vegetables. Members learned the essentials in boiling, panning, microwaving,• steaming and stir -frying vegetables. Also discussed at the meeting was how to main- tain the natural flavor, color, texture and nutritive value when cooking vegetables.
