Bethel Bible Church, a member of the
Associated Gospel Churches of Canada,
began in the early 1960s as a prayer and Bi-
ble study group. The late Reverend Arthur
Yielding, then of Stratford, began to direct
this small group in the establishment of a
Gospel church. Some of that original group'
are still active members in the congregation
today. Since that time Bethel has stood for
