vegetables were cooked using all techniques
and a taste test was held to see which
method was liked the best. Everybody had
their own preference however so members
couldn't rate one any better than the other.
In the stir frying members put in carrots,
cauliflower, broccoli, mushrooms and
onions which were placed on a bed of rice. It
was easy to make and delicious to eat.
