FERGUS JOHN DEVEREAUX,, sow of
Joseph and Florence Devereaux of
Seaforth,,received his Bachelor of Science
in Health and Radiation, Physics at spring
convocation exercises at McMaster Univer-
sity, Hamilton. Fergus is a former graduate
of McMaster University (B-sc./85), Seaforth
District. High School, and St. James
Separate School. He is presently employed
as an Internal Dosimetry Modeller, with the
Atomic Energy Control Board (Radiation
-Protection Division), Ottawa.
KATHERINE VIOLET ROBERTS,
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Donald' Roberts,
Seaforth received her Bachelor of Arts'
degree. in History from Wilfrid Laurier
University, Waterloo at Spring Convocation
May 31, 1987..She will continue her studies at
Niagara University, N.Y. and enter the
Graduate Teacher Education Program in
the fall.

Gordon Joseph Moylan and Kathryn
Louise MacMillan were united in marriage
on. Saturday, February 28, 1987 at St.
Michael's Church, Ridgetown. Father
Bagatto officiated . at the • ceremony. The
bride is the only daughter of Mr. and Mrs.
Wm: MatMillan of Palmyer. The groom is
the son of Mrs. Mary Moylan and the late
John Moylan of St. Columben. Miss Bobie
Eberle, • friend of the bride, attended
Kathryn as the maid of honour, with B.J.
McLaren, also a friend of the bride as
bridesmaid. Tom Melady, friend of the
groom. attended Gordon as Best Mani with
Peter MacMillan, brother of the bride and
Patrick Moylan, nephew of the groom as
ushers. Gordon and Kathryn will reside -in
St. Marys, Ontario.

Shirley Luther .conducted the Tuesday
afternoon church service. It was a beautiful
service filled.' with hymns, and . special
messages. Residents thank Mrs. Luther for

their day with exercises, which was follow-
ed in the afternoon with the ladies from the
Christian Reformed Church coming over
and treating several to•a delightful car ride.
Thursday .afternoon. it was time for the
'Monthly meeting of the Drawing Club. A.
creative afternoon was spent drawing
favorite summer Memories.
iirthe evening several. attended the movie
of the week which was • called "Plain -Peo-
ple." It Vias'a tremendous film outlining the
life of the traditional Mennonite.,
To top off the week, on Friday afternoon.
residents all got together for Library Tithe.
They went through all the super books that
they got at the Hensall Library, as well as
shared some stories of their own.. • •

THELMA WRIGHT, RN_
Thelma Wright, of Brampton and former-
ly of Seaforth, died Thursday, June 4, 1987.
The former Thelma Rowcliffe, she is sur-
vived by daughters, Barbara and her hus-
band Thomas Crawford of Winnipeg and
Connie and her husband Leo Rafuse of Nova
Scotia and son Robert and his wife Joan

Thomas, Jill, William and Jayne, great
grandchildren Stephanie and Shannon, and
sisters. Wilma Oke of Seaforth and Wanda
Laurence of Hensall.
Mrs. Wright was predeceased by her hus-
band Wm. G. Wright and sister Carman
Rowcliffe
Friends were received at the Whitney-
Ribey Funeral Home, Seaforth on Friday
and a service was held in the chapel on
Saturday. The Reverend James'Vanslyke
officiated. Interment Maitlandbank
Cemetery, Seaforth.
Pallbearers were Bill Wright of Bramp-
ton, Mitch Moore and Ray Baker of Burl-
ington, Doug Roweliffe of Seaforth, Gary
ante Cronin, II Laurence of Hensall and Tom Crawford of
London.

Notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of the Wingham and District
Hospital Corporation will be held in the Nursing Assistants Training Centre,
Catherine St., Wingham, Ontario on Thursday, June 18, 1987, at the hour of
eight o'clock p.m., for consideration and confirmation of changes to Ad-
ministrative Bylaws 2(d) line 6, 12(a) and 40(d); for the election of Governors;
for the appointment of Auditors; and for the transaction of such other things
as may properly come before the meeting.
