Hensall Public School who took part In "The
Sharing of Stories." The students had several
interesting questions concerning the 'days
gone by.' Everyone had a terrific -time,
learning about' yesterday's memories.

Gertrude Lavas died Saturday, .February
21. 1987 at the Cambridge Memorial
Hospital. She was 75.
The former Gertrude Matthews she is
survived by sons, Kenneth and wife Claire
and Gerry and wife Susan. all of Carnbridge.
and daughter, Yvonne Campbell? of London.
Also surviving are sisters, Mary Hart, Mrs.
Francis O'Reilly and Betty Leootthardt, all of
Seaforth. Pauline Barber of Kitchener, and
brother Alonzo of Clinton: eight grandchild-
ren and five great grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband
Harold (avis in 1987.
